The Mindfulness In Business Series comprises of 1 1/2 hour sessions delivered online over six weeks using an experiential and blended learning approach. Participants are provided with a workbook and access to recorded mindfulness practices.

This course draws on the scientifically critiqued Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. It explores researched techniques on mindfulness and how they can be applied in the business environment. The course encourages experiential learning and cultivates personal practice. Developing skills that promote resilience, increases deep-listening skills, and encourages collaboration are essential business tools.
