Participants develop a deep understanding of mindfulness through experiential learning and group discussion.  The MBSR program is internationally recognised training that explores researched techniques and theories on mindfulness.  The course design encourages a progressive development of mindfulness skills through experiential learning. Research demonstrates this format promotes lasting behavioural changes.

The course consists of 2 ½ sessions over eight weeks and one retreat day.  The training is instructor-led, with an emphasis on participant participation through experiential learning and guided meditation sessions.  The training includes a session on the practical application of mindfulness in everyday life and the workplace.

Mindfulness supports organisational wellbeing, however, how it is implemented determines its success. The MBSR training is an excellent course that cultivates a sustainable and impactful approach to workplace mindfulness training.
