Influencing Culture Through Corporate Wellness

Influencing Culture Through Corporate Wellness workshop explores processes on how to develop and embed a corporate wellness strategy that aligns to an organisation’s objectives.

The KeepWell Mark

The KeepWell Mark  is an Ibec led initiative that provides a clear set of standards for organisations to evaluate and benchmark their wellbeing initiatives.  The process enables companies to align wellness activities to their strategic plan.  Upon successful accreditation benefits accruing to companies are:

  • Increased leverage in attracting and retaining quality staff
  • Provides a roadmap document to develop a wellbeing strategy

The Process

  • Initial meeting outlining work programmme to accreditation
  • Assessment – wellness audit, includes collecting evidence, interviews/ focus groups and site tour.
  • Focus group with company wellness ambassadors
  • Post Assessment KeepWell Mark Report
  • Recommendations designed to provide a customised wellness roadmap

Organisation Stress Auditing and Facilitation Programme

This programme is designed in close consultation with the client.  It involves workshops, individual stress auditing, one to one coaching, corporate wellness profiling and training based on information gathered.  The outputs included:

  • Benchmarking the client’s corporate wellness against researched indicators
  • Providing participants with a personalised wellness profile
  • Providing the company with a data aggregate report which represents the company’s wellness profile (individual results are private)
  • Identify key stressors in the organisation
  • Facilitate focus groups that encourage employee driven solutions on how to manage key stressors identified in the corporate wellness profile report.
