The Mindfulness in Business Digital Series offers a combined hybrid delivery approach to mindfulness training to achieve maximum impact

Each recorded module is supported by notes and recorded guided mindfulness practices and exercises.

Crucial to the MIB learning process, the Mindfulness in Business Digital Series is supported by periodic live Mindful Connection Sessions. These sessions provide the opportunity for participants to reflect and share in a safe space.

The number of live sessions will be dependent on the number of people accessing the recorded Mindfulness in Business Series and customised to meet the client’s needs.
