Peter Drucker, a renowned management scholar, believed that “People who are able to see clearly gain an advantage over those unable to step out of outworn, habitual ways of perceiving— especially when faced with chaos.” Mindfulness challenges our habitual ways of reacting. It is a tool that nurtures presence to see clearly to respond rather than react to the chaos. Such skills contribute to building cultures where people thrive, and innovation and creativity are encouraged to build successful businesses.
The guided meditations are suitable for both seasoned meditators and those who are curious about mindfulness.
The intention of each mindfulness practice is to step out of the busy day and cultivate tools to settle the mind.
To avoid disappointment, please log on a few minutes before the start of the session as spaces are limited to 100 participants.
