These guidance sessions are suitable for both seasoned meditators and those who are curious about mindfulness.
The intention of each mindfulness practice is to step out of the busy day and cultivate tools to settle the mind.
To avoid disappointment, please log on a few minutes before the start of the session as spaces are limited.

9:30 am to 9:45 am
11:00 am to 11:15 am
3:30pm to 3:45pm
