Expertise
Bridgeen is a pioneer of mindfulness and mindful self-compassion classes for the general public in Northern Ireland. She runs a mindfulness business ‘Immeasurable Minds’ offering mindfulness, compassion and wellbeing courses since 2008. From the beginning of the 2020 pandemic, she migrated all her work online and now offers classes via zoom and in-person.
Bridgeen has a Masters (Msc) in Mindfulness Based Approaches from Bangor University, Wales and is an accredited Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher, a qualified yoga teacher (YFNI) and a 2014 TEDx talker. She is a member of the MTAI (Mindfulness Teachers Association Ireland) and Bamba (British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches). She was Centra‘s Mindfulness Ambassador in 2017-2019 and an associate trainer for HSC.
Bridgeen has completed training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. She completed Positive Neuroplasticity Professional Training with Dr Rick Hanson and Google’s ‘Search Inside Yourself’ Mindfulness Leadership Training.
Mindfulness
Bridgeen has extensive experience offering mindfulness to companies and organisations throughout Northern Ireland. From the charity and community sector to top accountancy firms Bridgeen has offered moments of stillness and reflection. She also gives inspirational talks to conferences and organisational gatherings.

Bridgeen is an ordained member of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Order of Interbeing with the dharma name: True Profound Happiness. She has studied extensively with the international Plum Village mindfulness community. She offers courses based on Nhat Hanh’s books under the title ‘Buddhist Bookclub’.
Bridgeen is also a mum to baby girl Bediha and Buddy the cockapoo.
