The Mindfulness in Business Series teaches participants skills that increase self-awareness, manage stress, and deepen connections, all essential skills required to manage our new ways of working. Hybrid working is here to stay. It is essential managers are equipped with the skills to tune into the challenges of building collaboration, managing workplace stress, and engaging teams remotely.
Growing bodies of research demonstrate the benefits of mindfulness at work training, however for workplace mindfulness training to be impactful, it requires a systematic approach. This course provides an understanding of mindfulness, an opportunity to learn practical meditation tools that can be integrated into the working day, and explores a roadmap on implementing a sustainable and safe approach to mindfulness at work training.
Format of The Mindfulness in Business Series
6 x 1-hour modules over six weeks, using teacher lead and experiential learning tools.

- Build skills to manage workplace stress
- Increase communication skills
- Learn mindfulness tools to integrate mindfulness into your workday
- Develop a roadmap on how to integrate mindfulness into your business processes

Susan Keane will be delivering this training. Susan has over twenty-five years of experience coaching corporates on sustainable wellbeing strategies and training on deepening emotional intelligence competencies. Susan is a coach and an Ibec KeepWell Mark consultant.
Susan is a member of the MTAI and is chairperson of the MTAI’s Workplace Mindfulness Group. The purpose of this working group is to develop standards around implementing workplace mindfulness-based initiatives that adhere to the MTAI’s Code of Practice.
